Zno agrees that you retain all legal rights to the images that you upload. You are responsible for your images, and you may edit or delete your images. Zno will use your images to manufacture photo products per your request. Zno will only use your images in promotional materials with your express permission.

Zno reserves the right to delete any images that you upload if Zno determines that your images are inappropriate for any reason, scenarios may include copyrighted or pornographic images.

By using Zno's software to either generate or display designs for photo books, Zno is being granted ownership over the generated or displayed design. This does not refer to ownership of images, which the uploader retains the legal right to. Scenarios where designs are generated by software include but are not limited to layouts, use of property effects, stacking, arrangement, alignment, ect. Scenarios where a design is displayed by software include creating designs in third party programs but then uploading finished images to Zno.

Uploading of inappropriate images may lead to account termination.

Zno reserves the right to change/increase price of a product with or without notice. This price change includes already started projects that has not been submitted to order. This includes scenarios whereby a customer has started one or multiple projects that were left inactive and following a global price adjustment the started project or projects now have a different price.

Zno reserves the right to discontinue a product or product options with or without notice. This includes the right to cancel projects in the event that a product was discontinued.

Zno software is unable to check the resolution quality of individual images used in composite designs generated in third party programs. If a collection of images are generated in a third party program such as photoshop and then uploaded as a single .jpg composite spread, Zno software can only read the resolution quality of the entire flattened file. Zno therefore cannot be responsible for resolution quality of individual images composited together in third party programs.

If an account engages in debilitating actions such as purposefully generating spam emails, threatening support agents, or placing a high volume of fraudulent design orders then a courteous warning will be issued. If warnings do not resolve the situation Zno reserves the right to suspend accounts.

Zno studio samples are discounted at 50% off and Zno does not profit from these orders. Studio samples are not to be re-sold. If an account is intentionally re-selling studio books and removing "Sample Book" watermark, a courteous warning will be issued. If warnings do not resolve the situation Zno reserves the right to suspend accounts.

In no event will Zno be liable for any lost revenue, profit or data, or for special, indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages however caused and regardless of the theory of liability arising out of the use of or inability to use Zno or arising out of any images posted on Zno even if Zno has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms & Conditions may be changed without notice. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly for changes. Continued use of the Zno website or Zno mobile app following any change constitutes your acceptance of the change. In addition, by ordering products or using services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms in their entirety.

Terms of Service & End User License Agreement

Triple Scoop Music:

Your Zno Slideshow subscription includes a collection of songs from Triple Scoop Music ("TSM Songs"). During your paid subscription term you may include these songs within your Zno-created slideshows, so long as your project matches the "Approved Music Uses" listed below.

By using TSM Songs within your Zno Slideshow subscription you agree to all Terms of Service listed in this document.

Approved Music Uses:

*Your Zno Slideshow subscription allows you to freely share, sell or distribute personal Slideshows created within the Zno Slideshow service containing TSM songs to your photography clients, family and friends. You and your clients may also post these personal slideshows on your websites, blogs and on social media platforms including Facebook, YouTube and Instagram.

Examples of "personal" videos and slideshows include: Weddings, Engagements, Family, Children, Maternity, Boudoir, Amateur Sports, High School Seniors, Pets, Family celebrations, Birthdays, family celebrations and other non-commercial & non-business themed presentations.

*Your Zno subscription also allows for licensed use of TSM songs within your Zno-created slideshows used to showcase your self-owned photography business, so long as your business has fewer than 50 employees. These slideshows and videos may be posted on your website, blogs and on social media platforms.

Music Restrictions:

*TSM Songs are provided for use only within the personal slideshows you create using Zno Slideshow services during your active subscription term.

*You are not permitted to use TSM Songs in any media created outside of Zno Slideshow.

*You may not use TSM Songs within any project that includes hate speech, pornographic content or any communication that includes libelous, defamatory, racist, obscene, or abusive content.

*You may not use TSM songs within commercial advertising campaigns.

Any music use not specifically approved herein shall be considered to be outside the terms of this agreement and Terms of Service.

By uploading any music, images, photos, artwork, video or other materials to ZNO Slideshow (the "Media Content"), you represent and confirm that you have the legal right to upload the Media Content to ZNO and to use Media Content in your ZNO Slideshow and that you have obtained all necessary third-party rights, licenses and permissions to upload and use such Media Content in your ZNO Slideshow(s). You furthermore confirm that your uploading and use of Media Content in connection with ZNO Slideshow will not infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party.

Furthermore, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold ZNO and its parents, subsidiaries, agents, affiliates, employees and officers, harmless from and against all claims, actions, demands expenses, losses or liabilities including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees and punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with any Media Content or any use thereof in connection with the ZNO Slideshow service and the slideshows and videos you create using ZNO services.

ZNO reserves the right to verify your professional status and may cancel benefits if found otherwise.
